Permits are required for a variety of projects which include but not limited to commercial buildings, residential buildings, demolitions, additions, garages, pole barns, sheds over 200 square feet, decks, ponds, pools and solar panels.
When submitting your application, include the Plan Review fee. The remainder will be due when the permit is ready for pickup. The township accepts cash, check and credit card. To pay with a credit card online, click the button below and you will be directed to our Online Payments.
NOTE: a $2.00 minimum fee or a 2.5% fee is added to all credit card payments. There will be a link for the permit fees and a link for the bond fee.
