The Berlin Township Senior Center has a capacity of 98 people. It comes with the use of the tables and chairs. There is a kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The Berlin Township Senior Center is available for rent to township residents only. Hall rental is $150 along with a $100 deposit.
A $500,000 liability insurance policy, obtained through your personal insurance provider and listing Berlin Township as an additional insured, is required. More information about the insurance needed is in the rental contract under item #7.
Payment must be made in person at the township hall after the rental contract has been signed and notarized. Notary services are available through the township; however, please call ahead to confirm availability.
